At Rcdcessentials, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
**1. Return Eligibility**
- **Beauty Products**: For health and hygiene reasons, soaps, scrubs and lotions are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been purchased.
- **Apparel**: We accept returns on apparel within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
**2. Non-Returnable Items**
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.
**3. Return Process**
- **Initiating a Return**: To initiate a return, you can login to your account and submit a request to return and follow the prompts to complete the request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always our customer service team at RCDCessentials@rcdcessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
- **Packaging**: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Ensure all tags and labels are attached.
- **Shipping**: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Rcdcessentials is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
**4. Refunds**
- **Processing Time**: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- **Original Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**5. Damaged or Incorrect Items**
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
**6. Exchanges**
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
